No, students are welcome to drop-in. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your very first class to fill out a health history form.
Yes, Women's and Men's changing rooms are available, as well as one shower.
Comfortable clothing appropriate for exercise. Avoid lotion on hands and feet, which may cause slipping on mats. Avoid strong perfumes.
A towel (if you tend to sweat), water and your own mat if you have one. (Free mats are also available for use.)
No, doors open 15 minutes before scheduled classes.
